MNG Cargo does not deliver on public holidays.

Can you ship with another cargo company other than MNG Cargo?

We are working with MNG Cargo. Shipping is not done with any other cargo company.

Where are my products shipped from?

The products you buy from the Luppio.com virtual store are shipped from our logistics warehouse in Sultangazi.

How can I find out that my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, we send you a confirmation sms. You can track your cargo on MNG Cargo with the cargo tracking number written in this sms.

What happens if I am not at the address at the time of order delivery?

If your order could not be delivered to you because you were not at your address, MNG Cargo does not make a second call to the specified address. In this case, you must visit the branch where your cargo is located and receive your cargo.

How can I find out the delivery date of my product?

The package arrived damaged, should I receive it?
