How long is the change period in the products?

The exchange period is "14 DAYS" as of the invoice date, provided that the products you purchased from Luppio.com are not used.

How Can I Perform the Exchange Process?
  • • You have to send the product / products you want to exchange together with the invoice, to the central address on the invoice, via the contracted cargo.
  • • After the cargo you send us, you need to enter www.luppio.com before the stocks of the products you want to create your exchange order have run out. After entering our online shopping site, add the desired product or products to your cart. Will I pay the shipping fee for the exchange?
